Human Resources Senior Consultant
We need to keep spreading the magic so we’re looking for someone that, in their day-to-day:
- Will design, coordinate and implement all type of HR projects;
- Will innovate and explore different approaches to get things done;
- Will know how to manage a heavy workload and multitask;
- Will be passionate about developing our people and leaders;
- Will be focused in enjoying the ride! (Yes – this is fundamental criteria).
If you are up to the task, ask yourself the following questions:
- Do you have at least 5 years’ experience in HR?
- Project Management is one of your strengths?
- Are you strong in communicating with humans ?????
- Do you consider yourself a results-oriented and autonomous person?
- Teaming is a must for you?
- Do you hold a Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant subject?
- Are you fluent in English (written and spoken)?
And to spice it up a little…
- Do you hold any international certification?
- Are you a savvy digital user including Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin?
- Are you fluent (or learning) French, German or Spanish?
